Inclusiveness is one of our core values at MediaTek

We see it as key to sustainable growth for both the company and you. We are dedicated to fostering an equal workplace. To achieve this, we are continuously refining our understanding and practice of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at all levels. As part of this effort, we rolled out our Declaration of Diversity, Inclusion, and Workplace Equity in 2023.
